Who is responsible
The data controller for applicant data is Hatch Europe Consulting, Sterstraat 66a, 3920 Lommel, Belgium (enterprise number 1005.878.023). During 2026, recruitment preparation for Relavique is conducted through this Belgian corporation. For any privacy question or request, email privacy@relavique.com.
Purpose
We use the details you submit to assess whether you may be suitable for current or future roles in client projects.
What data we collect
Your name, email, country of residence, languages, experience, optional profile link and message. We do not ask for CVs or sensitive personal data at this stage.
Legal basis

Retention
How long expressions of interest are kept, and how you can ask for removal, will be stated here after legal review.
Your rights
